Delivery
Delivery is usually up to 7 days but may be less. If your order is temporarily out of stock someone will contact you to inform you of an arrival date, you will also be given the opportunity of ordering an alternative style or shade of wig at this time if you wish to do so.

Billing
Discretion is important to a lot of our clients, for your peace of mind all parcels are discreetly packaged and our name does not appear on the parcel.

Your credit card statement will show TFXD, and will not show any other reference to Transfixed Online.

Postage
The following postal charges will be applied to your order:

Under £50.00 postage charge of £2.95
Between £50.00 and £100.00 postage charge of £ 5.95
Orders over £100.00 free postage

Customer Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days from the day following receipt of the goods in which to cancel this order. You may also cancel your order via e-mail or telephone. You are responsible for sending goods back to us in their original condition, with all original packing and tags secured to wigs with outer protection such as a box. You are responsible for the return postage and we recommend you use recorded delivery and get a receipt of postage. We ask that you also return the delivery note with your goods to help us refund your purchase as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Please allow approx 3 - 4 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address where your Order Confirmation email was sent).

After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This timescale is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (ie. the card had been declined or has expired) we will call you for your new card details.

Please note there will be a restocking charge of £7.95, this will deducted from your refund.

Consultation and Fitting
You are very welcome to come into our salon to look and try on our wigs and receive any advice you may require, consultation is free but we would ask you make an appointment with our consultant before visiting us. We can be contacted on 0161 923 6870. See our contact page for opening hours.

Colour Matching
We are happy for you to send us a sample of your hair colour for matching please tape a piece of hair to a white A4, and if there are two shades to match, state the dominant shade please. Send this with an enclosed letter, stating which piece or wig you wish it to be matched to with address, email and telephone details.
